Rabbit Ranch Chardonnay is made to express the very best of Central Otago's cool climate, unique schist soils and grand vistas. Handpicking, whole bunch pressing, minimal intervention and oak result in an expressive, energetic wine displaying the typical white floral and ripe citrus notes that are a hallmark of the region's best Chardonnay.

From Rockburn' Parkburn Vineyard in Bannockburn. The nose has subtle notes of lemon, grapefruit and hazelnut. The palate has full texture and fine tension, showing citrus, butterscotch and delicate minerality with a zesty finish.

The Selaks range is made in an approachable style highlighting the fresh vibrant fruit character of each variety. These are wines suitable for all occasions, delivering excellent quality and consistency every vintage.

Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

A snout-smackingly good, weighty and refreshing Chardonnay, with layers of ripe rock melon, toasted almond and a hint of squeezed lemon.

Stables Chardonnay has a textured palate with ripe citrus, stone fruit and toasty oak.

This wine exhibits flinty, savoury and smoky characters on the nose with underlying ripe stone fruit notes. A rich and creamy palate with great intensity presents flavours of ripe nectarine and notes of brioche.

The Stoneleigh range consists of distinctive, elegant, fruit forward Marlborough wines that reflect the unique terroir of their stone-studded vineyards.

This wine exhibits bright citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas entwined with subtle notes of clove and oak spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant with ripe flavours of juicy peach merged with nutty lees and ginger highlights. The flavours from an intense core with very good depth, lifted with fresh acidity. The flavours carry to a long finish of fruit, and spicy, mealy oak. A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with some depth of stone fruits, nutty lees and oak flavours on a fresh, fine textured palate.
